Andrew Carroll joined The Semrad Law Firm 3 years ago in the Chapter 13 Litigation Team. He is admitted to practice law in State of Illinois, Northern District of Illinois and Northern District of Ohio . Mr. Carroll received his degree from the University of Akron School of Law. Before starting practicing BK law , he spent two years working in personal injury and workers' compensation litigation. He also has a degree in International Relations from Kent State University. Mr. Carroll speaks French , and outside of work he enjoys keeping up to date with politics and continuing to learn anything I can to further my practice.

I became disabled and my financial situation became dire and I have tried for two years to file for either a manageable chapter 13 or chapter 7. I have wasted thousands of dollars I do not have on lawyers who didn’t understand my complex case or trustee payments with a trustee who also seemed to disregard my situation.
